We make our all-natural, organic iodine supplement using 100% sustainably wild harvested ascophyllum seaweed from remote areas in Britain and the Nordic region.
Naturally complete
Not only rich in iodine, our seaweed also contains all the necessary minerals and micronutrients needed to deliver and metabolise iodine, including selenium, tyrosine, zinc, copper, vitamins A, B2, B3, B6 and C ensuring this supplement is easily absorbed in the body.
Each batch is certified organic and lab-tested to ensure standardised levels of iodine. We also test for heavy metals, contaminants, microbes and pesticides to ensure maximum purity and consistency.

We take many steps to ensure our iodine supplement does not negatively affect our planet.
We undertake biomass assessments in all areas of harvesting. Only the top 14 inches of the seaweed is cut then we do not return to that location for 4 years before re-cutting to ensure there is sustainable growth and so as not to affect the ecosystem.
This is wild-harvested using cutters, not dredged so the seabed is not affected. In all areas of production, we work with local communities for harvesting operations.
Even the air we use to gently dry the seaweed is geothermally heated to minimise the use of fossil fuels.

Organic ascophyllum seaweed is harvested sustainably from remote coastal regions, by only cutting the top 14 inches and not returning to the same site for 4 years. |
Prepared
The seaweed is gently dried using low temperature geothermally warmed air circulation. The dried seaweed is then milled into a fine powder. |
Tested
The seaweed powder is then sent to a third party UKAS accredited lab for nutritional, contamination, pesticide, microbial, allergen and other analysis. |
Encapsulated
Finally, once the seaweed powder has passed all testing we encapsulate it into our vegecaps. |

Our Vegecaps
Our vegecaps are made of plant cellulose made from the Pinus Elliottii tree.
These two piece capsules can be separated and the nutrient rich contents mixed with food or drink for those who can't take capsules.
