Turmeric is the powdered root of the Curcuma Longa plant. This vibrant yellow powder has a host of beneficial plant compounds, including a group of polyphenol plant pigments called curcuminoids. One of these curcuminoids is curcumin, which is responsible for turmeric’s vivid colour - and proven to have many of its own health benefits when extracted from turmeric.

1-2 CAPSULES A DAY
1-2 capsules a day will give you an effective dose for wellness, but higher therapeutic doses should be well tolerated.
