Our Woman’s Multi is made from whole food, ocean source and plant-based ingredients. Our bodies absorb vitamins and minerals better when they’re in a whole food form - this also makes them gentler on the stomach.
All our food-based ingredients are raw and complete. Using carefully-controlled low-heat conditions, we preserve all the naturally occurring goodness you find in fresh foods, like live enzymes and phytonutrients, amino acids, trace minerals and other bioactive co-factors.
We also include natural ocean-derived magnesium from the deep waters off Iceland and Vitamin D3 from sustainably grown wild lichen.

Our Vegecaps
Our vegecaps are made of plant cellulose made from the Pinus Elliottii tree.
These two piece capsules can be separated and the nutrient rich contents mixed with food or drink for those who can't take capsules.

Outside barrier
An aluminium layer gives the product a 2 year shelf life by protecting it from the outside. A second BPA free plastic layer stops any contact with the product.
