Whole food based Iron
We’ve created our Gentle Iron complex from whole food iron to ensure that it’s gentle on your stomach. This means our iron comes with all the natural constituents of fresh foods, like live enzymes and phytonutrients, amino acids, trace minerals and other bioactive co-factors.
Improved absorption
Iron is best absorbed on an empty stomach. Yet many iron supplements can cause stomach cramps, nausea, and diarrhoea when taken on an empty stomach.
Our iron is in a whole-food form, so it’s perfectly safe to take it on an empty stomach. Not only does this improve the absorption of the iron but the bioactive co-factors in the food complex offer added benefits.

Our Vegecaps
Our vegecaps are made of plant cellulose made from the Pinus Elliottii tree.
These two piece capsules can be separated and the nutrient rich contents mixed with food or drink for those who can't take capsules.
