Our naturally-fermented, stable form of CoQ10 is cultured from good bacteria, so it’s nice and easy for your body to digest. This vital, fat-soluble nutrient comes to you with a coconut oil base, which means your body can absorb it easily and it can start getting to work on your body fast.

We’ve made sure you can get the very best absorption with two key ingredients.

The first is a standardised extract of black pepper, which provides 95% piperine (the trick to increasing absorption of CoQ10 by an extra 30%).

Secondly, there’s coconut oil. Q10 is a fat soluble nutrient, so we add a small amount of this natural non-GMO healthy fat to help you absorb the Q10 - even if you’re taking it without a fatty meal.

UBIQUINONE OR UBIQUINOL - WHAT ARE THE FACTS?

The truth is, your body needs both.

CoQ10 exists in 2 forms, ubiquinone and ubiquinol. In fact, the body needs both of these for different functions and shifts between the two in a continuous cycle.

There have been lots of discussions about which form our bodies absorb better, with different studies favouring different forms. All a bit confusing.

But what’s most important is our personal biology, and the formulation of the supplement you take it in. CoQ10 needs to be consumed with fats (coconut oil, in our case), and boosted further by piperine.

Ubiquinone is the form used by scientists when researching, so there are thousands of positive clinical trials that have been conducted with this form. But only a few have actually been conducted with ubiquinol.
