I never know vitamin b12 supplements were needed till l bought this b12 from together health because my b12 number were 429 and within 3/4 weeks of taking this particular b12 my numbers has increased to 529 which is a good sign that the b12 is being absorbed and utilised as l feel better and my energy is up, no more pins and needles!

This is the best B12 supplement I've been able to find. Crucial for us vegans.

We are mainly plant based in the house, so B12 is very important and this is an amazing choice of source for B12. Also, even if you are not vegan you might lack of B12 so it's better to check and in case you are lack of it, I really really recommend it!

I've used Together's B12 it for several years, mostly because of it's convenient and eco-consious packaging to complement a vegan diet. I recently had my levels clinically tested and the doctor says my level of B12 is just fine. I think that is the best grade one can give a supplement.
