I've taken these on and off for the past few months as a booster, and have felt that they have warded off bugs, or if I started feeling unwell, they got me back to 100% much sooner than I would have been without them.

I decided to add these to my regular supplements, as during the winter i'm more prone to catching a cold/flue. Plus with covid i wanted to take extra measures to boost my immune system. I started taking these 2 months ago and have already noticed a difference, so far i haven't caught a cold or the flue and I've noticed my hair is not falling out as much, i think this may be contributed to the zinc. All in all, an amazing natural supplement with no nasty fillers.

Love that probiotics are combined with the vitamin c. I have an easily upset stomach, and these really seem to help. Also does seem like I am getting over routine colds faster.

I've tried so many brands of vitamins, the standard ones and others that also claim to be filler free. I'm sure they are, but these are just in a league of their own. It must be to do with the combinations and processing plus keeping the full natural product so you get synergistic effect. These vitamin C, zinc and selenium make me feel soooo awake and clear headed and also have helped stomach pains, due to the probiotic I guess. You won't regret buying these or anything from this brand Brilliant product

I was taking this combination separately but Together have put them in one easy to take capsule which I hope will continue to keep my immune system healthy.

I used to take three separate tablets for immunity; Vit C, Zinc and Selenium. I have replaced them with this all in one immunity supplement. The bacteria is an added bonus! I take these when I feel run down or as though I have a cold starting and they have really worked...I hadn't had a cold since! Before I found these capsules I would have normally just taken a high dose Vitamin C on it's own, but the combination of Zinc (which I've since found also protects the immune system) and the Selenium (which increases the production of white blood cells that fight infections) all at 100% NRV is fantastic. In addition the live cultures also help to boost immunity and I like the fact that there are a guaranteed 2 billion CFU at the end of shelf life, as I've have found other companies aren't as bold to state this, they just state how many bacteria their product contained at the beginning of the manufacturing process which makes me wonder if we are all just ingesting dead bacteria and think it's doing us good. I really do like this product as it means you can utilise the benefits of all these Vitamins, Minerals and Cultures in one handy capsule and all this as a whole food nutrient that the body recognises.

I am very happy that selenium is also present in this product alongside the obvious Vit C and Zinc since this is often overlooked in terms of immune support. Great product for anyone with thyroid issues.

I've been taking these for a few weeks now with no upset stomach. It's made from complete natural ingredients and has a great combo of both Zinc and Vitamin C :)
