I take these for Hashimoto's along with Myo-Inositol and Selenium. Once I added the Iodine every other day it alleviated some of the symptoms and now I've got more energy. Great product, no nasties. 100% recommend.

Love all the together products I have tried so far, hard to find vitamins and minerals which aren't bulked up with unnecessary ingredients, I feel they are a company that you can trust and are genuinely passionate about what they do, also like that the capsules can be opened and taken with food/drink. 5 stars from me!

I'm only on day 4 of taking the capsules but the reason for choosing them was mainly because they are from organic sustainably harvested wild seaweed. This was a big seller for me as I always aim at organic food and supplements. The capsule is also made from vegetable cellulose which is important to me. There was a glitch with the delivery of my order through no fault of the Together company and after contacting them, the issue was swiftly and efficiently sorted out. So overall, I am very satisfied with this company and their product. Thank you.

I had a head injury a couple of years ago and my brain functioning has been much lower than it used to be. This supplement serious seemed to help improve my cognitive functioning as well as energy and overall health. I think everyone should take this supplement. I am indebted to this company for its improvement in my health of their various products (The vit d is the best I ever had a massively improved my sleep, immune support gave me such clear head)

Once again, a great product by Together Health. If you need Iodine, I highly suggest this one which is also a great vegan choice.

As I eat only plant-based, it is great to have Iodine that is all-natural, organic and did not harm any marine or animal life in its making. Not sure if the packaging is recyclable as this is not stated on the packet. Well done, Together Health!
