What this magnesium does is prevent me from getting headaches, and have noticeably reduced the number of migraines. I usually take just one a day, but because of extra stresses during this awful covid year I’ve been doubling up when necessary, which helps lessen the intensity of them. In all I take 4 Together vitamins a day, the iron and vit C first thing, and the magnesium and vit D around my evening meal. They work :-)
