I started taking the calcium tablets regularly and before I used to have issues with my bones cracking a lot and hurting too. But since I started using these I noticed that the cracking wasnt as bad as before and they seem stronger now.

The tablets seems to help my sore joints after about a couple of weeks. I'm better keeping taking those for now!

My bones have not ached as much since taking these vitamins. I can take them with or without food which is such a big plus when you are on the move and don’t have the time to sit and get something to eat but want to make sure that you have at least taken your vitamins.

Simple and effective... Granules can be easily removed from the capsules for adding to ff milk for children... The difference in growth and development whilst taking these is astonishing... An 8 year old's toothy grin can testify to that!

As a vegan who is allergic to soya I take this supplement to make sure I am getting enough calcium. I've used other supplements in the past but I disliked the size of the tablets and/or the plastic packaging. I found these on offer in a grocery store and I have been buying them ever since. I feel better, have more energy and my bloods always come back normal. Easy to swallow.

I know my calcium levels are low and was looking for a good product that would help that didn't contain nasty fillers such as talc! (unbelievable that some do!). I was interested to learn that this calcium supplement is a complete marine multi mineral complex, providing not only bioactive calcium from pure calcified seaweed but also 72 other marine minerals. I knew about the health benefits of seaweed so I thought I would give this a go. 2 caps a day and I'm seeing an improvement. Love these products. Wouldn't buy from anyone else now.

I like it because it not only contains calcium but, coming from the sea, also contains many trace elements which makes it a better buy than stone derived calcium

I’ve been taking this calcium vitamin for a few years now, as I don’t eat dairy and have been breastfeeding my little girl. I love knowing they are free from bulking agents etc and are really high quality. I wouldn’t be without them now!

I've had problems on and off with calcium for years but finding an effective supplement that is vegan and doesn't taste like chalk was not easy. I was amazed at how quickly (and side-effect free) these absorbed. They are easy to take, easy on the palette, animal friendly and above all they work - what's not to love.

I have a muscle problem since suffering Swine flu / this has helped / seems to be better than everyday products which are not absorbed so easily.
