I love this vitamin C, been taking it all winter alongside with multivitamins and vitamin D and have not had a cold or been ill, I also like to mix it into smoothies for the children.

Me and my family are taking it on a daily basis.We will not be without it.Very helpful with winter coughs and colds.Highly recommended!
