Love taking this B Vitamin Complex as it's easy on my stomach, but I definitely feel sharper after taking it for a few weeks. I feel like my brain fog has lifted and feel more focused on tasks. I've taken Vitamin B complex in the past and didn't notice any difference, but these are amazing. For the first time in months, my brain fog cleared and I could think clearly, my memory was better. I'm assuming it's down to including these in my diet. Love that there's no hidden nasties in too.

I could not have dreamt of a better supplement. I have confirmed reactions to the random bulking agents that usually come with supplements which ‘together’ B complex is free from. I need to take extra B vitamins so finding these was just what I needed, raw ingredients based - they work amazingly for me plus they are plastic free packed and very reasonably priced too. I could not wish for more and I will be buying from them from now on. Don’t change a thing!

Bought this for my mum who has immune issues and she reports having more energy by taking it. It is also very natural and doesn't upset her stomach like many of the high street versions do, with bulking agents.

Having been an avid consumer of synthetic vit b tablets for years, when I was diagnosed with CFS I decided to swap the synthetic ones for food state. Concerned that the lower levels of vit b from together health may not be enough (the synthetic ingredients were twice as high), I monitored these ones over a few weeks...i found not only did they take effect quickly, but I noticed some improvement in my energy levels. These are much easier to absorb and appeared to take effect immediately (for me, that is).

This B complex is a must for me and I take them daily. Great to know that I am taking natural, easily absorbed B vitamins rather than the synthetic version found in other supplements!

I love how Together Health uses whole foods and a very transparent process to make their B complex. So helpful for the wearying and dark days of winter.
