I have been using Together Health vitamins for a while, but I honestly have felt a difference after taking K2. My teeth used to feel "funny" when brushing, sensitive and just strange to touch and this has really helped. I noticed a difference after 1 week! K2 is often overlooked as a vitamin, but as a vegan it is important to supplement with the right type and you can't go wrong with something that has natto as the main ingredient.

My Mum thought she'd give these a go for her arthritis. The first thing that springs to mind with K2 is blood, but after some research she found it can also help with bone mineralization and that it can destroy inflammatory cells that contribute to arthritis. After 3 weeks of use she can say that her fingers are feeling less achy with slightly more movement. Needed to be taken alongside vitamin D3, the dose is decent and not too high like others on the market. like the fact they not as synthetic as other brands I researched.

I do like the fact the product is natural (MK7) - made from fermented natto, and highly absorbable, containing nothing artificial or harmful to the body. Care has been given to the presentation, with the cute Together heart logo on a strong resealable attractive bag. All info on the product is on the bag. I am very pleased with it!
