Started using this a couple of winters ago as I had a vitamin D deficiency (after docs perscribed me fast-action tablets to get the levels stable) since then, I haven't had an issue

I first used vitamin D3 by Together health and ive never used a different brand. I had arm weakness and pain and was told that my Vit D levels were too low. I took together health Vit d twice a day and the pain has gone!

The product does the job, is gentle on the tummy and pure and 100% natural product with no artificial ingredients.

So I gave my brother a packet of these as I had one extra after I forgot to cancel it off a subscription. He's a paramedic so hoped it would give him a boost. Great natural form of vitamin D better than the synthetic ones out there. And nice that it's vegan and comes with coconut oil for better absorption as Vit D is fat soluble. Amazing how many of us are deficient in Vit D- I had no idea I was until I started having symptoms! This has helped.

Like that it's not an excessive dose, plant derived and carried in coconut oil. I tend to supplement over the colder and darker months.
