Our Omega 3 contains both DHA and EPA, both these forms are highly researched with proven benefits. By sourcing our omega 3 from algae we're going to the source as, unlike algae, fish don't naturally produce it. This means our omega 3 won't give you a fishy aftertaste.

We use aztech marigold flowers grown in their native lands of Mexico. These produce minimum 86% Meso-Zeaxanthin, the carotenoid at the very centre of the macula of the retina, meso-zeaxanthin is rarely found in dietary sources. There is also 14% other naturally occurring Zeaxanthin forms.

We use the algae species Haematococcus pluvialis, a freshwater species of Chlorophyta. This species is well known for its high content of astaxanthin. Interestingly, this algae is the primary diet of aquatic animals such as salmon, flamingos, shrimp, lobster, crab, etc. thus giving them their rich red/pink pigment.

The Astaxanthin oil is extracted from the algae with CO2 which is a pure process requiring no solvents.
